SD, MMC Cards not Working or Work Too Slow

The solution works for SD card:

sudo modprobe sdhci mmc_block mmc_core

Reading/writing SD cards is fair now. MMC cards are not properly supported yet for writing causing a lot of pain. Will write more when any information is found.
