I have a couple of nice removable WD My Passport hard drives, one of them refused to automount ignoring everything except direct root mount to a directory.
Solution: check if this disk appears accidentally in /etc/fstab.
Edit /etc/fstab removing its line.
sudo gedit /etc/fstab
I do not know what does this bug belong to, Fedora, dbus or KDE.
