This is just a short note. Please do not hurry up upgrading to Fedora 12.
Normally, I will consider the upgrade after a 1-2 months since the announcement, when most of the critical kernel and hardware bugs are fixed.
Especially this concerns updating with yum on-line, please see the below warning:
